1. No Returns on Custom or Adult Products

All of our products are custom-made and classified as adult items. As a result, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.

2. Shipping and Delivery Issues

If there are significant issues during shipping or delivery—such as severe damage to the package or missing items—please contact us immediately . We will work with you to resolve the situation and ensure your order is fulfilled correctly.

3. Minor Impressions Due to Material

Our products are made from silicone, a soft material that may experience slight impressions or pressure marks during packaging or transit. These minor imperfections are normal and do not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product.

4. Product Quality Issues

Before shipping, each product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure that it meets our high standards. These incidents are extremely rare, so you can place your order with confidence.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error in customization, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will provide a replacement for the defective or incorrect item. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only replacements.
